Salt bricks are typically installed using a specialized salt-safe mortar, tile adhesive, or mechanical fixings depending on the project. For saunas and salt rooms, we recommend using a waterproof adhesive and leaving a 2-3mm gap between bricks for thermal expansion. We provide a full installation guide with every wholesale order.
Yes. Himalayan salt bricks are highly heat-resistant and are the industry standard for sauna walls and halotherapy (salt therapy) rooms. They can withstand temperatures up to 250°C (482°F) without cracking, provided they are heated gradually.
MOQ is one pallet for trial orders (typically 40–200 pieces depending on brick size) and one 20ft container for full-production pricing. We strongly recommend a mixed trial pallet to validate packaging and color variation with your local market.
Yes. We cut bricks and slabs to any dimension on request — common custom requests include 6x6x2 inch squares, 12x8x2 inch panels, and custom spa tiles. Custom cutting adds 5–8 days to production and requires a modest MOQ per size.
Production lead time is 12–20 days after deposit. Sea freight transit is approximately 25–35 days to US East Coast, 30–40 days to US West Coast, 22–30 days to Europe, and 28–38 days to Australia.
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit with 70% balance against Bill of Lading copy. We accept irrevocable L/C at sight for container orders above 20 MT. All pricing is FOB Karachi unless CIF or DDP is requested.
Yes. We provide free samples — one brick of each size (up to 4 pieces). Buyer covers courier freight only, refunded or credited against your first container order.
We ship from Port Qasim, Karachi and Karachi Port Trust (KPT). For retail brands we handle FBA and 3PL requirements including FNSKU labelling, carton weight limits and pallet configuration.
