Our MOQ is one pallet for trial orders (approx. 80–200 pieces depending on weight grade), and one 20ft container for full-production pricing. We strongly recommend a mixed-grade trial pallet first so you can validate quality and sell-through before committing to a container.
Yes. Every lamp ships with a certified cord set matched to your market: UL/cUL for the USA and Canada, CE + RoHS for the EU, UKCA/BS for the United Kingdom, and SAA/RCM for Australia and New Zealand. We also supply dimmer switches, inline switches and 1.5 m / 2 m cable options.
Absolutely. We offer full OEM/ODM service including printed retail cartons, branded inserts, instruction booklets in your language, EAN/UPC barcodes, Amazon FBA prep, hangtags and shrink-wrapping. Custom packaging typically adds 7–10 days to production.
Production lead time is 15–25 days after deposit confirmation, depending on order volume and packaging complexity. Sea freight transit is approximately 25–35 days to US East Coast, 30–40 days to US West Coast, 22–30 days to Europe, and 28–38 days to Australia.
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit with 70% balance against Bill of Lading copy. We also accept irrevocable L/C at sight for established buyers and larger container orders. All pricing is quoted FOB Karachi unless you require CIF or DDP.
Yes. We provide free product samples; the buyer covers courier freight only. Sample freight is fully refunded or credited against your first container order. Samples are dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Each lamp is individually bubble-wrapped and foam-cushioned, then packed in a 5-ply export carton with corner protection. We apply a 3% free replacement allowance on every shipment and conduct AQL 2.5 pre-shipment inspection with photo and video documentation.
We ship from Port Qasim, Karachi and Karachi Port Trust (KPT). We are experienced with Amazon FBA, Shopify and 3PL requirements — including FNSKU labelling, poly-bagging, carton weight limits and pallet configuration.
