1. Quotes and Pricing
Any quotes provided through this website are estimates based on the information provided at the time of the request. Official pricing is subject to:
- Confirmation of product availability.
- Final quantity and packaging requirements.
- Current freight rates (CIF/DDP) at the time of shipment.
- Fluctuations in raw material costs.
Quotes are typically valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Order Acceptance
Submitting an RFQ form on this website does not constitute a binding contract. All orders are subject to a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) and the receipt of a deposit (typically 30% T/T). We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all shipments are quoted FOB Karachi, Pakistan. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Delivery timelines are estimates and we are not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping lines, or acts of God.
4. Quality and Inspections
We provide lab reports (SGS/Intertek) and certificates of origin for every shipment. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the goods upon arrival and notify us of any discrepancies within 7 days of receipt.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Khan Salt SMC Private Limited and its licensors.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
